1. Eligibility and Registration

2. Account Rules and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. eke33 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing of a suspected breach.
Password Security
You must choose a strong, unique password for your eke33 account. You must not share your password with any third party. eke33 customer support will never ask for your full password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must change your password immediately and notify us via live chat.
Account Suspension and Closure
eke33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, multiple-account abuse, provision of false information, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.
KYC Verification
eke33 may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal request. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity and address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on eke33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. eke33 does not accept payments from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.
Deposits
Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and supported Visa and Mastercard cards. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the cashier page and is subject to change. Deposits are typically credited to your eke33 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. eke33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). eke33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, including charge-backs, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of payment systems, will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any funds held, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable under Bangladeshi law.
4. Bonus and Promotions Terms
eke33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. eke33 reserves the right to adjust the wagering requirement on any bonus if abuse is suspected.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Bonus Abuse
eke33 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions considered abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, making deposits and withdrawals designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, using automated software to play through bonus funds, and colluding with other players. Detected abuse will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.

6. Prohibited Activities

Cheating and Collusion

Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in sports betting, poker, or any other game type will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Money Laundering

Unauthorised Commercial Use

7. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of platform content without prior written authorisation from eke33 is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eke33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, delays in payment processing, or decisions made based on information provided on the platform. eke33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
